2. Products All our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture or scent may occur between batches — this is a natural characteristic of artisan products and does not constitute a defect.
Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.
3. Ordering By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to decline any order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Payment We accept payment via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. Delivery times may vary. We offer free shipping on orders over £60. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@saponaria.co.uk
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
7. Faulty or damaged products If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@saponaria.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Allergies & skin reactions Our products contain natural botanical ingredients. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use. Saponaria cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from use of our products if the product has been used as directed and all ingredients have been disclosed.
9. Intellectual property All content on this website including text, images, logos and product descriptions is the property of Saponaria and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Saponaria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
